My Top 10 Favorite Voice Actors

Around last year, I was asked by my FiMFiction.net friend, TheClownPrinceofCrime, via email what my five favorite voice actors were. I didn't give a straight answer, but ever since then...I was immediately inspired to create a listing of favorite performers and other industry figures. My Top 10 favorites, to be exact! I was also inspired to list out my 5 honorable mentions, particularly after looking over my friend's listing of what his favorite performers were.

My first listing will be on what my 10 favorite voice actors are, of course. The listing as a whole will also consist of the people whom I've only seen in animated roles, and who have the capability of changing their voices for any character. Some of them are also people whom I may have seen in a live-action role here and there, but I primarily saw their animated works more.
